We provide driving lessons and intensive driving courses throughout the UK.
2. Our Services
We offer:
- Intensive (crash) driving courses
- Standard driving lessons
- Driving test bookings
- Instructor allocation
- Course administration and support
- All services are subject to availability.
- We act as an intermediary between customers and Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs).
3. Eligibility
To book our services, you must:
- Be at least 17 years old
- Hold a valid UK provisional driving licence
- Meet DVSA medical and legal requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that you meet these requirements.
4. Bookings
4.1 Making a Booking
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
A booking is confirmed only when:
Full payment or deposit has been received, and You have received written confirmation from us
4.2 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.
5. Payments
Payment must be made in full or as agreed at the time of booking
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
We reserve the right to change prices at any time
All payments are processed securely.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 21-Day Cooling-Off Period
You are entitled to a full refund for any reason if you request cancellation within 21 days of making your booking, provided that:
Training has not yet commenced, and
No practical test has been taken
Refund requests must be made in writing by email to info@passdriveschool.com.
6.2 Instructor and Test Guarantee
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- We are unable to allocate and confirm an instructor within 21 days of your booking, or
- We are unable to secure and confirm your practical driving test
In these circumstances, you may request a full refund in writing.
6.3 After 21 Days
After 21 days from booking, refunds may be:
- Partial, or
- Not available
This depends on:
- Lessons already delivered
- Administrative costs
- Instructor commitments
- Test booking fees
Each case is assessed individually.
6.4 Non-Refundable Fees
Some third-party fees (including DVSA test fees) may be non-refundable and subject to the provider’s terms.
We will advise you where this applies.
6.5 Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
7. Course Changes and Rescheduling
7.1 By You
You may request to reschedule lessons or courses.
Requests must be made with reasonable notice.
Late changes or missed lessons may be charged.
7.2 By Us
We reserve the right to reschedule lessons due to:
- Instructor illness
- Vehicle issues
- Weather conditions
- Operational reasons
We will make reasonable efforts to rearrange affected sessions.
8. Practical Driving Tests
Test bookings are secured by us directly with the DVSA.
We can guarantee specific test dates and locations
We will make reasonable efforts to secure suitable test appointments.
You are responsible for attending your test on time with valid documents.
9. Instructors
We work with self-employed Approved Driving Instructors.
Instructors are responsible for:
- Lesson delivery
- Vehicle safety
- Professional conduct
We reserve the right to change instructors if necessary.
10. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Attend lessons on tim
- Behave respectfully and safely
- Follow instructor guidance
- Inform us of medical or legal issues
- Hold valid licence documents
We may suspend services if you fail to meet these responsibilities.
11. Cancellations and Missed Lessons
If you cancel or fail to attend a lesson without sufficient notice:
The lesson may be charged in full
No replacement may be offered
Notice requirements will be communicated at booking.
12. Standards of Behaviour
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or instructors will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately without refund in serious cases.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not responsible for test outcomes
- We do not guarantee you will pass your test
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
- Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

- Termination does not affect accrued rights.
